Monk fruit extract is a zero sugar heat stable sweetener, making it useful for formulations that require heat.

Appearance: Concentrated liquid, powder, or granules. The liquid extract is often clear and colorless, while the powder and granules can vary from white to light brown in color.

Taste: Intense sweetness, about 150 to 200 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar). No noticeable aftertaste.
