Application
Crystalline fructose is used in beverages such as fruit-flavored drinks, energy drinks, and sports drinks, in baked goods like breads, cookies cakes, and in confections like candies, chocolates, and gums. It is also used in dairy products, jams and preserves, and cereals.

Formulation
Crystalline fructose is used as a sweetener, as a browning agent in baked goods, and in confections for its solubility and ability to control crystallization, providing a smooth texture in candies. In some formulations, crystalline fructose can replace sugar and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
