Formulation
Sucralose is used in formulations to added sweetness to a wide range of products. It has high stability under high-temperature processing making it suitable for food manufacturing processes such as baking, pasteurization, and canning. It also blends well with other ingredients and does not contribute to the Maillard reaction like some natural sweeteners do.
