Turbinado sugar is used as a sweetening agent, topping sugar, beverage sweetener, and caramelized coatings for desserts.

Specification
Appearance: Golden-brown color. Large, coarse crystals that are slightly larger than granulated sugar, but smaller than Demerara sugar.

Taste: Mild caramel-like taste due to the presence of molasses. Less sweet compared to granulated sugar.

Texture: Coarse and grainy. Slightly crunchy.
