Cocoa Nibs

What are Cocoa Nibs?

Cocoa nibs, derived from the roasted cocoa bean, are used in the production of chocolate.

After harvesting and fermenting cocoa beans, they are dried and roasted. The outer shell is then removed, leaving behind the cocoa nibs.
