Tapioca Syrup

What is Tapioca Syrup?

Tapioca syrup is a sweetener derived from tapioca starch, which is extracted from the roots of the cassava plant. It is similar to other syrups like corn syrup or rice syrup but is made specifically from tapioca.

Tapioca syrup is a popular gluten-free and non-GMO alternative to other sweeteners.
