Oat Fiber

What is Oat Fiber?

Oat fiber is a dietary fiber derived from oats. It is gluten-free, making it suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivities.

Despite sharing some similarities, oat fiber and oat flour are different products. Oat fiber is primarily composed of the outer husk of the oat grain and is rich in insoluble fiber. Oat flour includes the entire grain and retains some of the flavor and nutritional components.
