Anhydrous Milk Fat
Anhydrous milk fat, also known as ‘Ghee’ or ‘clarified butter’, is a rich in fat dairy product. Butter is heated to evaporate all excess moisture and remove non-fat solids. It results in a very pure and concentrated form of dairy fat.
