Appearance: Variable depending on type of guava used but will generally be light yellow to pink, sometimes even orange.

Consistency:  Smooth and uniform with a thick and velvety texture. Free from lumps, fibers, and particulate.

Flavor: Sweet and tangy – similar to ripe guavas.
