Application

Used to provide clarification & stabilization for various beverages, including beer, white, and some fruit juices.

Formulation

Removes tannins (which causes the formation of haze) in beer, removes phenolic compounds (causes bitterness & browning) in wine, and removes excess polyphenols and flavonoids, helping to improve clarity & shelf life in apple and grape juices.
